Many questions we receive lead to a booking, so we’ll ask for some details about your vehicle and the issue you’re experiencing. This helps us give you the most accurate advice and, where appropriate, move straight to arranging an appointment without needing to go back and forth.
Providing as much information as possible (including vehicle make, model, and a clear description of the issue) allows us to assess things properly and avoid delays.
We aim to respond within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm). Messages sent after 4:00pm on Friday will be picked up from Monday.
*10% discount available when 2 vehicles are booked in for regular servicing packages (minor service, major service, tesla standard service, tesla major service, tesla brake lube service) at the same address, to be conducted at the same time. Discount applies only to service packages. No discount will be applied to repair work or additional labour/parts.
