How to enter
To qualify for the Winter Booking Giveaway, you’ll need to:
• Make and fully confirm your booking by 23:59 on Thursday 18 December 2025
• Pay the deposit
• Receive your booking confirmation email
• Have your appointment scheduled in January or February 2026
Enquiries alone do not qualify – only fully confirmed bookings are entered into the draw.
Eligible services
You’ll be entered into the draw when you book any standard paid service for January or February 2026, including:
• Routine EV servicing
• Reduction gear oil changes
• Brake work and brake fluid changes
• Suspension repairs
• Other standard maintenance and repair work

What counts as a confirmed booking?
Answer: deposit paid + confirmation email received.
What if I cancel or move my booking?
Answer: Cancellation may remove entry. Cancellation fees apply as per any other booking. See rates here: Cancellation Fee Table
When will winners be notified?
Answer: on or shortly after 19 December 2025, by email/text.
How will I receive the gift cards?
Answer: digital gift cards sent by email.
Can I enter more than once?
Answer: Multiple bookings will result in multiple entries
Will I be automatically entered?
Answer: You will be automatically entered if you make a booking between 15th November and 18th November for January or February 2026
Terms and conditions (summary)
• Competition open to customers with confirmed, paid bookings made by 23:59 on Thursday 18 December 2025.
• Bookings must be for appointments scheduled in January or February 2026.
• Enquiries and provisional bookings do not qualify.
• One entry per booking reference (unless you choose otherwise).
• Winners will be drawn at random on Friday 19 December 2025 and contacted directly.
• No cash alternative to hampers or gift cards is offered.
