Founders’ Journey
The inception of Cleevely Mobile sprang from the innovative minds at Cleevely Electric Vehicles, a team celebrated for their extensive expertise in electric vehicles. Recognizing the burgeoning need within the UK’s expanding EV community, they envisioned a new approach to EV servicing. To bring this vision to life, they enlisted the dynamic duo of James and Kate, well-known for their engaging EV content on their popular YouTube channel. James, leveraging his diverse experience from roles in the AA, the Army, and Jaguar Land Rover, coupled with his profound enthusiasm for electric vehicles, embarked on a mission across Great Britain. Utilizing a modest Nissan eNV200 electric van, he aimed to deliver exceptional EV servicing directly to customers’ doorsteps. Cleevely Mobile today stands as a tribute to the rich legacy and deep-seated expertise of Cleevely Electric Vehicles, committed to elevating the EV servicing experience.
Evolution of Excellence
Since our inception in 2021, Cleevely Mobile has grown rapidly thanks to our commitment to quality, convenience, and customer care. Our fleet now includes 15 full-time technicians, all driving fully equipped electric service vehicles, ensuring expert support is never far away. After expanding into Scotland in 2023, we’ve continued to strengthen our coverage across Great Britain. Looking ahead to 2026, our goal is to keep growing our team so we can reach even more areas and further reduce waiting times for our customers.

Our Team: The Heart of Cleevely
Our team is our greatest strength – now 15 dedicated technicians spanning Great Britain, each bringing valuable experience from organisations such as the RAC and AA. At the helm is Steve, our head technician, supported by James and the wider technical team, ensuring every service is delivered with expertise and care. While Cheltenham remains the Group’s HQ and home to our superb Parts Department, our six-strong admin team is based across the UK, providing responsive customer support wherever it’s needed. Behind it all, Kate and Andy continue to steer the ship, making sure every customer receives the professional, friendly service Cleevely is known for.
