If your electric vehicle needs a service, repair, or inspection (or anything else,) you can request an appointment using the form below.

Please include as much detail as possible about the issue or work required — this helps us prepare and ensure we can assist you efficiently on the day.

Our current average lead time for servicing and repairs is 2–4 weeks. To secure your booking, we take a £100 + VAT (£120) deposit, which is deducted from the final cost of the work.

Please put an estimate if you are unsure. We use this information to offer you the most approriate services for your vehicle.

Is Off Street Parking Available at Your Provided Address
We require off street parking for our technicians to safely work. The space should be relatively level, and large enough that all the vehicle's doors can be fully opened simultaneously. If not possible at your address, we can often perform our service at a suitable local alternative.

What happens next?

  1. We review your request
    Our team will check the details and may contact you if we need any additional information.
  2. We confirm your booking
    We’ll offer available dates and arrange a suitable time for your appointment.
  3. Deposit & confirmation
    Once confirmed, we’ll take the deposit to secure your slot in our schedule.

We review all requests during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm) and aim to respond within 2 working days.

*10% discount available when 2 vehicles are booked in for regular servicing packages (minor service, major service, tesla standard service, tesla major service, tesla brake lube service) at the same address, to be conducted at the same time. Discount applies only to service packages. No discount will be applied to repair work or additional labour/parts.
