To help us locate your booking quickly, include your name, vehicle details, and any reference information if you have it.
Most cancellations and rescheduling requests are free of charge. However, where changes are made at short notice or close to the appointment time, a fee may apply to cover the lost booking slot or the administrative time required to rearrange it.

We’ll review your request during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) and get back to you within 24 working hours to confirm the changes.
Please note that requests submitted after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed from Monday.
