Preparing for Your Service Appointment
Thank you for booking your service with Cleevely Mobile! To help ensure everything goes smoothly on the day, please take a moment to review the important information below.
🚗 Parking & Safety
- Please ensure there’s a safe, off-street, fairly level space available with room to open all car doors.
- If the location is unsafe or unsuitable, we may not be able to complete the service, and a call-out fee will still apply.
🔑 Access to the Vehicle
- We require physical keys – we cannot carry out work using app access.
- If you’re not home, leave the keys in a secure and accessible location.
🛞 Locking Wheel Nut Key
- If your vehicle has locking wheel nuts, make sure the key is available in the car.
📖 Service Book
- If you’d like your service book stamped, leave it clearly visible inside the vehicle.
📱 App Access
- Please do not connect to your vehicle via apps during the service, as remote commands may interfere with our work and pose safety risks.
📩 Additional Work
- If you’d like to request any additional work, please email the office before your appointment.
- Technicians cannot add jobs on the day and do not carry spare parts for unplanned tasks.
👷 Respecting Technician Safety
- Our technicians are friendly and happy to answer questions — but once work begins, please avoid standing too close or distracting them.
- This helps us maintain the highest levels of safety and quality.
🔋 Tesla Owners
- Please make sure your frunk is empty, and that PIN to Drive and Valet Mode are turned off before we arrive.
🎡 Wheel Trims
- If your vehicle has aftermarket wheel trims, these can be fragile.
- To avoid any risk of damage, we recommend removing them before our visit. We cannot accept responsibility for breakage of non-OEM trims.
🕒 Arrival Times
- While we aim to arrive on time, delays can happen due to traffic or previous jobs.
- If we’re running more than 45 minutes late, your technician will contact you.
💳 After Your Appointment
- You’ll receive a report from your technician outlining your vehicle’s condition and any recommended work.
- An invoice and payment link will be sent shortly after.
- As per our terms, payment is due immediately.
