Your Cleevely EV End of Warranty Report highlights potential warranty issues that you should raise with Tesla before your warranty ends. Here’s how to make the most of it.
✅ What the Report Includes
- Any items our technician identifies as potentially covered by warranty are marked in purple as “warranty” items.
- The inspection is done at your home or workplace.
- After the visit, we process the report and email it to you.
🔁 When to Book: Aim to book your inspection around 6 weeks before your Tesla warranty ends to give yourself time to act.
⚠️ Good to Know: Tesla currently only requires that issues are reported before warranty expiry — the car does not need to be seen by Tesla before that date. Policies may change, so always confirm with Tesla if unsure.
📝 How to Book Work with Tesla (Step-by-Step)
- Open the Tesla app on your phone.
- Tap “Service” and select your vehicle.
- For the issue type, choose “Other” — this allows you to freely describe the problems.
- Type a message like:
“Following a recent inspection by Cleevely Mobile, the following items were flagged as potential warranty issues:” Then copy and paste from your report, e.g.:Nearside Front (NSF) camber arm bush is separating. - Offside Front (OSF) camber arm bush is badly split. - Nearside Front (NSF) castor arm bush is split.
- Attach any photos the technician may have provided.
- Submit your request and wait for Tesla to review and respond.
💡 Helpful Tips & Common Issues
- Tesla may respond that they need to inspect the car themselves, regardless of third-party findings.
- They might mention a diagnostic or inspection fee — this is usually waived if they carry out any warranty work. Confirm with Tesla for clarity.
- Tesla has the final say — we cannot guarantee they will accept or act on any item in the report.
📌 What We Recommend
- Book with Tesla as soon as you receive your report.
- You can include multiple items in one service request, but be clear and structured in your notes.
- If you need help understanding the report, contact us — but:
- You must submit the service request yourself.
- We cannot assist with dealing with Tesla directly.

Our End of Warranty Report is an independent visual inspection.
We simply report what is found on the day — we have no say in Tesla’s decisions.
If an issue is not accepted under warranty, that decision lies entirely with Tesla, and we cannot challenge or override it.
