Christmas & New Year Information
Cleevely Mobile is fully closed from 24th December to 5th January.
A small number of technicians and a limited office team are working between 22nd and 24th December to support customers with existing bookings. During this period, we may not be able to process all new enquiries until the New Year.
Please still submit your enquiry. All enquiries are logged and dealt with in order, so there is no disadvantage to enquiring now. We have some availability in the first and second week of January in certain areas.
Please note that emails will not be monitored during the closed period, so there is no need to chase.

At Cleevely EV Mobile, we are dedicated to providing top-notch servicing for your electric vehicle. Due to high demand, we primarily offer routine servicing and maintenance, including annual services, end-of-warranty inspections, and essential brake/suspension repairs. Please note, we are unable to accommodate breakdown services or extensive repairs at this time.
Please be aware that we do not offer a breakdown service. If your vehicle is currently undrivable or requires urgent care, we advise arranging recovery to our Cheltenham workshop.

We no longer operate a telephone service. Any voicemail messages left on the archived number will not be monitored and are very unlikely to be received by our team. For this reason, email or the online form are the only ways to ensure your enquiry reaches us.
Important Notice – Cheltenham Workshop
Please do not call or contact the Cheltenham workshop regarding mobile appointments. They are a completely separate business and cannot assist with anything relating to our scheduling, availability, or bookings.
